The food, ambiance, wine selection and ambiance made this a very special experience. I can't wait to go back to this place when I'm Tampa.

I'm leaving another 5-star review because I ate there last night and had the best service from Brittni. She was great vibes, she was on top of the service, she had excellent timing and brought us laughter all night long. She was probably one of my favorite servers I have ever had. That said, the food is always incredible, beautiful presentation, plentiful and delicious. This restaurant is always a win. I can't wait to go back!

This is a review of their rooftop bar. I came here for a PanCAN Tampa Bay celebration. 1905 Family of Restaurants donates every year to PurpleStride, the ultimate walk to end pancreatic cancer. I was already primed to like this place because my friend, Brett N.'s, five star review popped up for me when I was looking into this place. I didn't expect to be as wowed as I was. First, their drinks are amazing. I got the Paradiso, which is a blood orange margarita made with fresh blood orange juice. I'm a weirdo who loves freshly squeezed juice and was recently disappointed at a local fine dining spot that they didn't have freshly squeezed orange juice. Here they do and they put it in this amazing margarita. Even though I didn't really taste the tequila, it was strong. I was pleasantly surprised by that. Future Christina, get this drink every time. We had a variety of food. Unfortunately, I couldn't eat most of it since I don't eat pork, but I did get to try the Margherita pizza and the Scacciata Siciliana. I usually avoid carbs, but I ate four pieces of that pizza. It is to die for. It is so thin, perfectly seasoned, and not too much cheese (which is a weird thing to say, but trust me, it works with this pizza.) I wasn't planning to eat much, but I ended up devouring this pizza. My son who is a notoriously picky eater actually ate three slices. I was floored. The rooftop is gorgeous. There are seats inside when it is too hot (like it was for us) or if it's raining. There is free parking in their parking lots. There are two giant parking lots that they have signs that they're Columbia and Casa Santo Stefano parking. When we got there at 5:30 there were tons of spots. By the time we left around 7:30 there were no more spots in the lot I was in, but there's another lot behind the restaurant so there could have been more spots there. Regardless, I love that this place offers free parking when most parking in Ybor you have to pay for. The service was also spectacular. I was in the restroom with my two young sons and one of the servers helped my son wash his hands. She said she was a former preschool teacher. That was really sweet of her. I wouldn't have had my kids here except to pass them off to my husband when he was off of work. However, everyone was so nice to them and made them feel welcome. I will 100% come back. This place exceeded all my expectations.

Our waiter was super friendly and very attentive throughout dinner. Came here on a Thursday and it was relatively busy. I ordered the Casarecce Bolognese which was great, however it was very meat heavy. I would have enjoyed having more pasta noodles in this dish. The interior of the restaurant is very charming. Overall this is great place to visit if you are in the Tampa area!

I dined at Casa Santo Stefano this evening and must say, I was thoroughly impressed! As soon as I walked through the doors I was pleasantly greeted by the host and escorted to my table. From the handcrafted colorful backsplash tabletop encounters, to the vintage photos that surround the restaurant, and open concept kitchen the ambiance of the restaurant is absolutely stunning! During my visit, I ordered the Millefoglie Melanzane (eggplant), side of pasta, sauteed spinach, Sangria, and a simple side salad. All of the dishes were fresh to order and came out hot from the kitchen. The dishes were nicely seasoned and the portion sizes were relatively large. Our waiter Gordon was very attentive and accommodating. Upon exiting the restaurant, we were thanked by the waiters, hostess, and manager of the restaurant for our visit. Parking is conveniently located across the street from the restaurant, and although near Ybor, where you typically have to pay for parking, there is no charge for parking for Casa Santo Stefano patrons.

Will return. Love their tiles: colorful and beautiful. High ceiling, brick walls, really good ambiance, service and food. Lovely stems. Warm bread. The mussels and grouper with pesto is delicious. The tiramisu is to die for. The roof top is nice but the view is so so. The water in the bathroom is painfully slow. What do they have in the hand soup bottle?

Walking in at 4pm for dinner on a Friday, and we were able to walk in and get seated right away. Woot wooot! Anyway, our waiter (Kevin) was very nice and this was our first time there. I ordered the linguine with clams, and my husband ordered plain old spaghetti with marinara. Shockingly, both were very good! VERY GOOD!!! The sauce on my linguine was flavorful, and Kevin brought us Calabrian chili paste along with crushed hot peppers (bc I have an addiction to spice), and that made the dish even better. Afterwords, we ordered the tiramisu and even that was good! Not overly sweet, and definitely fresh (not cold, made in advance and stored in the fridge) - fresh! 5 out of 5 stars! Go, you'll be pleased!

Came here with a larger group for my birthday and it was great! The ambiance is perfect for a larger party since it is quite spacious and a bit on the louder side. The decor is super cute! Love the overall vibes. Service was very nice, everyone was super sweet. The food itself was really good, but nothing spectacular. Good portions and no complaints! I would go again, especially for another celebration.

Talk about some good food right in the heart of Ybor ! This place is fantastic and one of my favorite new additions to the Tampa area. If you are someone who has lived in Tampa all your life like me, then you have seen the changes that have taken place here with the restaurants. Ybor has changed so much and I am here for all the change, especially if they keep adding great restaurants like this one! We have been here a couple times to celebrate some birthday dinners and every time we have gone here, it has been excellent - from the customer service with the server to the food to the ambiance - it's a great place ! Some of my favorite appetizers are Antipasti Salumi E Formaggi a/k/ cheeseboard with olives and meat :) this is so good and full of flavor! Tostata Taormina a/k/a bread with some yummy sauce and cheeses. My all time favorite entree is the Zappones Linguini Con Vongole a/k/a linguini and clams! This is amazing and something I order every time I come here. Overall this place is great! You feel like you are Italy when you walk in and it helps that the building they are located in is a historic building in Ybor! The place is just great and it's one of my favorites :)
